    Before I tell you more about this particular piece (please find info about this specific mug a bit lower in the description) I’d like to tell you more about this collection. 

    If last time I had a new collection release I was aiming for simpler, less intricate pieces, this time I definitely went the other way. As I am navigating being a full time artist in twenty twenty-five, I have found myself exploring with having different focuses. Although I ended last year trying to prioritize less intricate work, I realized that is not exactly where my heart is at.

    Over the last few months, I’ve spent countless hours exploring and learning a whole different style of work. I am happy to be officially offering these hand painted pieces for the first time. 

    They are the result of my venturing into the world of mid range ceramics.

    All these items have been fired at cone 6.

    About this piece:

    This mug was wheel thrown on the potter's wheel with speckled mid range stoneware clay. It was then trimmed, hand painted with underglazes and glazed, all by me.

    These pieces have unglazed parts that are rougher or less smooth to the touch. I am sensitive to texture and personally enjoy it, but please keep that in mind if you think it is something that may bother you. The handle and the rim are glazed in shiny clear glaze and so is the majority of the mug.

    IMPORTANT : If you need a ‘’signature required’’ package, it is important you mention it in the buyers note and/or with a message through this platform. I strongly recommend this if you live in an apartment building or anywhere that does not provide a safe spot for your packages if you aren’t home to bring it inside right away. Etsy packages do not come with a signature required automatic setting and this may result in a small charge (or less or no shipping overages). Same with insurance. I unfortunately cannot take responsibility for losses of that sort, especially after delivery (stolen packaged or other). Thank you so much for understanding!
