Planter with gold start #051

Dimensions: about 5" tall and 6.5" in diameter 

These planter got a little extra drippy, but I decided to embrace it and add some sparkly gold stars! Even though this wasn't the expected result, I'm enjoying what happened on different area of these planters, especially where the two different green glazes are melting into each other!

This planter was wheel thrown, carved, glazed and lustered by me. It is one of a kind and has 6 drainage holes at the bottom. It is only partially glazed to allow the appreciation of the clay body itself. Although the unglazed part is rougher and earthy, the foot was sanded down so not to be abrasive.

My work is generally inspired by the rawness, diversity and purity of Mother Earth, but also by the depth of the human mind and the mystery of our Universe.

IMPORTANT : If you need a ‘’signature required’’ package, it is important you mention it in the buyers note and/or with a message through this platform. I strongly recommend this if you live in an apartment building or anywhere that does not provide a safe spot for your packages if you aren’t home to bring it inside right away. Etsy packages do not come with a signature required automatic setting and this may result in a small charge (or less or no shipping overages). Same with insurance. I unfortunately cannot take responsibility for losses of that sort, especially after delivery (stolen packaged or other). Thank you so much for understanding!
